I was looking around on marketplace and found this five star dealership rick was trying to drum up some business And I saw the vehicle on facebook marketplacevery well priced to sell. I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience at the dealership the guys took care of me. They were honest with me. excited that I added this 2019 Chevy to my fleet when I’m in the market again, I’ll definitely be checking with them…. I was able to score a warranty for the vehicle three months 5000 miles just gives you a piece of mine knowing you’re not getting some major problem vehicle. Everything‘s going great with it. We’ve had it for a couple weeks now. I don’t see any future problems anytime soon. Chevy’s been making the same model for decades now proven reliability.

Fantastic experience at Crivelli’s Auto in New Castle! Chip efficiently guided us to the perfect 2023 Buick Encore without wasting our time. Mike secured the best loan rate available while offering a fair trade-in value for our 2012 Honda Odyssey to meet our budget, and Gary made the massive amount of paperwork a breeze. The lifetime Powertrain warranty and affordable gap insurance give us total peace of mind. Superb, friendly personalities from everyone, including the receptionist Lexi. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews like this, but my experience with the Crivelli dealership warranted this. Having spent 30 years in public relations and dealing with clients, I can say Crivelli is the definition of customer service. I've purchased 17 cars in my lifetime, and this was far and away the best experience I've had. I had been in a horrific car accident a month prior, and the staff here went out of their way to meet my needs,, (Which were many). It's a small dealership with a small staff, but they delivered in a big way. I left Crivelli's with the car I wanted at the price I needed. I have a feeling a lot of their business are repeat customers, and now I know why. I'll definitely be back. .

I'm really satisfied with my purchase. You wont find a more down to earth guy than Mike Crivelli and a pleasure to buy a vehicle from. From the time I walked into the dealership all of the staff were very cordial and friendly. I would highly recommend Crivelli Automotive and he has the best selections of used cars out of all the dealerships that I visited, I traveled and hour and a half away and it was worth every mile. Thanks Crivelli Automotive I will definitely send others in the market looking to buy another vehicle to yor dealership.
